He has been in the field of teaching since 2009. He has taught at schools, and colleges and has given coaching for various competitive examinations including civil service examination. He had worked as a government servant for one year right after completing his bachelor’s degree. But his keen passion for teaching made him resign from that position and stepped into his ambition, to make the education system ‘a Happy Learning Eco System’. Anees’s self- acquired teaching style could inspire not only students but also the entire educational sector in India. He gives his best effort to make the students understand the topic by stimulating their interest and also helps to enhance their knowledge by making them aware of discoveries or research projects related to the subject being studied. His experience in teaching across various subjects provides him with an opportunity to guide students through their initial learning curve as well as empower them during the progression towards the completion of their dreams. He was interested in general knowledge since childhood itself and has won many quizzing competitions during school and college life. This interest made the jungle of general knowledge a walk in the park for him. He was a sure participant in quiz competitions, debates, and group discussions that were held nearby. He has worked as a civil service trainer for about five years after clearing the prelims exam on his very first attempt. He enjoys being in exams and the pressure of exams gives him real happiness. He calls this feeling as learngasm. He believes that learning must be enjoyable and in a happy environment. This led him to start Aifer with the vision of creating a Happy learning Eco System.
